No we don't. At SCE the work we carry out is more specialised and focussed on forensic and remedial work. [Back to top]

Over the course of the company's life, SCE has become highly specialised and as such, no longer carry out standard geotechnical reports that are required by Councils as part of their development applications. [Back to top]

Yes, in the field of coastal engineering SCE has over the past 40 years aquired a detailed understanding of the rate and mode of recession of the NSW coastline.[Back to top]

  1. Do you carry out anchor design for basement excavations?

Yes we do. SCE's Civil & Ground Engineering services and expertise in relation to excavations, retaining walls and excavation support systems includes analysis, design and construction review of such structures, as well as the forensic investigation of a failure or movement of the structures.   1. Do you carry out soil testing / boreholes?

No. Over the course of the company's life, SCE has become highly specialised and as such, no longer carry out soil testing or boreholes. Instead, when this work is required, we outsource this work to testing companies.[Back to top]
